It was the worse experience of my life so rude reception they dont know how to speak with guest very disrespectful.

Receptionist was very disrespectful and shamed on those all who work at evening shift staff both was lying about payments and evening staff shod get fired them and I m going to complain to police regarding this behavior worse experience..who ever is the owner please fired the evening Receptionist..I will send the name of those both reception who work at the evening.

Nothing. Staff was rude and room was in poor condition.

Too many cracks and stains everywhere. The photos they advertise aren’t the ones I saw. A fly was even in the room and they tried to blame it on my by saying a window was left open or something. The hallway smells too. A light wasn’t even working either.

Room and environment was very good.

LCD was not working washroom not been cleaned on regular basis also not providing tissues

The staffs are good and welcoming

They should improved their facilities. Most are old. Even the toilet seat have stains

The receptionist was nice and professionalThey had the toiletries available(body wash , shampoo& conditioner, body cream, toilet paper )

Room service you call no answer No dental kit or slippers The kettle was not clean like someone boild milk in it and burnt it .cockroache in the bathroom and some hair on the bathroom floor from previous guest Tv was only 3 channels working and the rest are not But was not really bothering me anything more than the cockroache and kettle and no slippers and dental kit as it was only one night

Poor service no one answers the phone for anywhere i had to go downstairs every myself for anything. For what i paid its not worth at all. only £10 a night for this hotel

The receptionist was very polite.

Very dirty, you can find cockroaches inside the room. There is no soap in bathroom, towels are smelly. There is no water in freezer. Very bad place to stat there.

Value for money and helpful staff

Next to impossible to get a cab at this location, my booking was a distress one as the other Hotel i had booked through booking.com cancelled my reservation last minute as my check in was 3am even though i paid for the Day earlier

Old model TV. No coffee, no drinking water.

In fact, it was very noisy, the walls were thin, the other room was talking all the time, and the whole area was crowded, but it had good access.

Room was good cleaning also good but there no sleeper

Man think hotel entrance lobby area is not good because of the close restaurant entrance also same too much people are around the lobby we don't know is this hotel lobby or restaurant too people of why rounding there after that I'm all night cannot sleep because outside too much noisy once I call reception Even their noise not stop. Sorry about this I'm very feel bad

I like the room was with window which I can open and those days the prices were very high so I selected this hotel

Their wifi was very slow with slow speed

No hair dryer TV not working

Bed was not comfortable, They don't provide water to guests.

The bathroom was dirty, and old. it looked disgusting. The whole furniture is from centuries ago.

The reception staff were amazing and always at point to provide quality service. The room cleaner was good at his work and very kind. I was at room 205 and I really enjoyed my stay and I would love to visit the hotel over and over again.

Worst area, no parking, smelly and overall very bad

We don't like the place and the price is different from the booking .com which I don't expect because they charge me different price and it's 1st time happened to me

They no give water and tooth brush also no good cleaning also all is no good just ac good working

the staff is very polite and helpful .. what evertime I ask for support they never delay . super welcoming and smile all the time
